Republican Congressman Patrick McHenry of North Carolina says it's time to honor the man he calls the last great president of the 20th century. But a new poll from Marist shows that 79 percent of those surveyed think the Reagan 50 is a bad idea.

Maybe most surprisingly, 71 percent of Republicans oppose the change as well as 83 percent of Democrats and 79 percent of Independents.

Eagles select Daniel Te'o-Nesheim in third round

In the third round of the NFL draft ,Philadelphia Eagles have selected Washington defensive end Daniel Te'o-Nesheim.

The Eagles picked Te'o-Nesheim with the 86th overall selection on Friday. They acquired the pick in a trade with Green Bay, making three deals and moving down from No. 55 to 59 to 71 to 86.

Previously in the second round, the Eagles selected South Florida defensive back Nate Allen at No. 37. They took Michigan defensive end Brandon Graham with the 13th overall pick on Thursday night.

Te'o-Nesheim had 30 1/2 sacks and 149 tackles in four seasons at Washington.

Clausen Has Been Taken by Panthers in NFL Draft’s 2nd Round

University of Notre's Dame quarterback Jimmy Clausen was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the second round of the National Football League draft.

Clausen, the third quarterback has been chosen in the draft. He was the 48th overall pick. The University of Oklahoma’s Sam Bradford was the No. 1 pick by the St. Louis Rams.

McCoy led Texas to the national championship game against Alabama last season, before suffering a pinched nerve in his right shoulder in the first quarter that benched him for the remainder of the Longhorns’ 37-21 loss.

As previously Clausen was the 16th selection in the second round held today at Radio City Music Hall in New York. The first round was held yesterday and rounds four through seven are set for tomorrow.
