Mel Gibson never Cheated, Says his Ex-Girlfriend

Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has denied the relationship broke down because of an affair - insisting reports the actor cheated on her are "completely wrong".

The couple, who became parents to a daughter last year, began dating after the Braveheart star split from his wife, Robyn, in 2006 but the romance only became public in 2009 after Robyn filed for divorce.

The Russian singer/songwriter confirmed the romance ended in April, but refused to divulge the reasons for the split.

Gibson was subsequently hit by allegations he cheated on his lover with a Polish porn star - a representative for the actor quickly dismissed the claims and now Grigorieva has hit out at the lurid accusations.

She tells Britain's Hello! magazine, "I can tell you for sure all of this is not true. (The reports are) completely wrong. Sorry!"

Grigorieva has also brushed off rumours the relationship ended because Gibson refused to make their union official.

She adds, "Marriage? We never talked about marriage, ever... We didn't talk about it because it wasn't important at the time. Everybody is asking those questions, but how can you answer something you haven't talked about?"

Grigorieva is adamant they parted on good terms and are determined to remain friends for the sake of their daughter, Lucia: "It was amicable actually. We're talking, it's friendly."

These pictures are, ahem, a bit sexy and the traditionalist fans are complaining about the provocations offered by the photos of the Miss USA 2010 contestants. Some of the pictures in question are shot even in bra less and open chest poses. People are objecting about these photos as they are showing too much cleavage and breast skin.

The released pictures are in Black and White and the Miss Universe Organization is defending itself by quoting that the photos are more ‘tasteful’ then ’sexy’. The spokesperson of Miss Universe stated that the photos being sexy or very sexy is just done by acting smartly using your brain. They are receiving tons of angry calls from various viewers for this.

The Miss Universe Black and White scandal is supposed to be initially raised from the political side. Their point is that being intellectual is more important than being physically sexy. There were some discussions if some portions or segments might be removed from the contest. Most people think that the bikini segment should be removed as more importance is given to sexuality. There were many individual and group efforts to remove the bikini segment, swimsuit parades and photo sessions where the contestants are forced to reveal their inner beauty to the onlookers.

NEWARK, Del. — Vice President Joe Biden's oldest son was being treated at a Delaware hospital Tuesday, the White House said, though it did not say why.

Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden was admitted to Christiana Hospital on Tuesday morning, his spokesman said. He was awake, alert and communicating with his doctors, parents and wife.

Hospital spokesman Bill Schmitt referred questions to the vice president's office. A state trooper was stationed at the main entrance of the hospital and several black SUVs and men in suits with earpieces were nearby.

Biden, 41, had considered running for the Senate seat his father held before becoming vice president, but decided against it. He became attorney general in 2007 and previously served at the U.S. Justice Department.

In 2009, the younger Biden returned from a yearlong deployment to Iraq with his Army National Guard unit. He was a captain and military lawyer in the 261st Theater Tactical Signal Brigade.

"Beau Biden is a great leader with a great family, and I'm glad they're with him right now," said Delaware Gov. Jack Markell, who referred questions about Biden's condition to his family.

The vice president traveled to Delaware on Monday afternoon for a previously scheduled trip. He did a round of morning show interviews from Wilmington Tuesday morning, and was supposed to return to Washington later in the day for his weekly lunch with President Barack Obama and a series of meetings on Afghanistan.

Melinda Dennehy, a 41-year-old teacher in Londonberry, New Hampshire, was recently arrested for sending naked pictures to one of her students. That student forwarded the nude Melinda Dennehy photos to his friends and it all resulted in the teacher's arrest. She was freed on bond, but has a stipulation that she can't be near youngsters in the age range of 10 to 17.

The age of the student in question was 15 years old, according to the police affidavit. The staff at the school learned of the photos due to rumors circulating at the school of inappropriate pictures of a female teacher. Co-workers were able to identify the woman in the photos as Melinda Dennehy.

She's currently free on a $10,000 bond and awaiting the next stage of the legal process. Her arraignment will be held in the Derry District Court on April 30, 2010.

California Park searched in after 2nd missing teen

The Police said they are draining a pond in a park north of San Diego in their efforts to find a girl who vanished about a year ago in the same region where 17-year-old Chelsea King disappeared last week.

Escondido police Lt. Craig Carter says investigators on Friday located a bag near the pond that three children reported finding in May, three months after 14-year-old Amber Dubois vanished while walking to school. The children told their parents the bag contained what looked like human hair, but the parents didn't think that was significant at the time.

King's disappearance and the discovery of a body in a grave in another park near Escondido drew a huge public outcry and renewed interest in Amber's case.

Authorities said there is a strong likelihood the body found by Lake Hodges is that of King, but an official identification won't be made immediately.
Convicted sex offender John Albert Gardner III has pleaded not guilty to murdering King during a rape or attempted rape. He also was charged with assaulting a woman in December with intent to rape.

King, a student at Poway High School, was last seen alive Feb. 25. Her car was found at Rancho Bernardo Community Park.

Police held a news conference Friday and didn't name Mr. Roethlisberger but delivered a physical description of him. They said they were investigating a sexual assault complaint filed by a woman the quarterback and his friends were socializing with Thursday night at the Capitol City Club in Midgeville. The woman was treated and released from Oconee Regional Medical Center.

"Last night, Ben and his friends met a group of women and everyone mingled together throughout the evening," the statement said.
